Most memorial videos are created and delivered within minutes after your order is completed. In rare cases, larger uploads or processing delays may take a little longer.

How many photos should I upload?

You can upload between 10 and 25 photos. We recommend 15–25 for the richest, most cinematic memorial. Candid, blurry, or imperfect photos are all welcome — they belong just as much as the posed ones.

Right now we craft each memorial from still photos. Short video clips are coming soon.

Can I share the video with friends and family?

Yes — your memorial video is yours to keep and share with anyone, however you'd like. There are no watermarks or usage restrictions.

If a technical issue prevents delivery, we'll recreate your memorial at no additional cost. Just reach out to support and we'll take care of it personally.
