We want every customer to feel cared for. Because each memorial is one-of-a-kind, our refund policy is straightforward.
Custom-created memorials
Because each memorial is custom-created using AI and the content you provide, refunds are generally unavailable once production has begun.
Technical issues
If a technical issue prevents delivery of your memorial, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue or recreate the memorial for you at no additional cost.
Individual review
Refund requests are reviewed individually and with care. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, email support@pawsremembered.net with your order number and a brief description, and we'll respond within 1–2 business days.
