Terms of Service

Paws Remembered creates personalized, AI-generated memorial videos for pets using the photos, names, and stories you provide. Each memorial is custom- assembled with narration, music, and motion designed to honor your companion.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and to keep the email address associated with your order current so we can deliver your memorial.

• Provide content that you own or have permission to use.
• Provide an accurate email address so we can deliver your memorial.
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial memorial purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• You do not own or otherwise have rights to use;
• Infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right;
• Contains unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or violent material;
• Depicts a person without their consent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whose content violates these standards.

Your content. You retain ownership of the photos and stories you upload. By placing an order, you grant Emaculo LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and modify that content solely to create, deliver, and support your memorial.

Your finished memorial. The completed memorial video is yours to keep, download, and share for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our materials. The Paws Remembered name, branding, website, software, AI prompts, music library, and other underlying materials remain the property of Emaculo LLC and its licensors.

Most memorials are delivered within minutes of photo upload. Occasionally, high demand or technical issues may cause delays. If a memorial cannot be delivered, we will work to correct the issue or recreate it. See our Refund Policy for more.

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the charge when you complete checkout.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emaculo LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emaculo LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of content you upload or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, where Emaculo LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
